PLEASE NOTE: Our organic heirloom seeds are products of nature and will give you many years of pleasure if properly taken care of. Your jewelry will not withstand exposure to water or prolonged high humidity. If you expose them to unnecessary moisture, Saverine Creek Heirlooms will not be responsible for your loss. We will repair them for a fee if you wish, after we have examined the extent of the damage.
Are the beans coated with something to make them shiny? No, the natural coating is protection enough if handled responsibly.
Were the beans dried in an oven or a sun drier? The beans are all dried in the pod in the field, then hand harvested.
How did you make the holes in them? That s a secret. ;-)
Will the beans shrivel up? No, they are already as dry as they can be and will retain their shape.
How long will my jewelry last? With proper care, indefinitely. Make sure to keep all the designs away from water and high humidity. Apply make up, perfume and hair care products well before putting on all jewelry. To clean, buff gently with a soft, dry cloth. Clean tarnishing silver with silver polish, being careful not to get any on the seeds.
How do I change/delete quantities in my shopping cart? Quantities are controlled by the Quantity and Select columns in your shopping cart. To increase or decrease the quantity of an item, go to the Quantity column for that item and change the number to what you want it to be. Then, at the bottom of the cart underneath the words Grand Total, click on Update Totals. If you wish to delete an item, click an X in the box in the Select column for that item. Then, near the bottom of the cart across from the word Subtotal, click on Delete, then click on Update Totals.
What if I decide to cancel my order? You must notify us immediately (within 24 hours); once your order has been processed it cannot be canceled. If you have started an order and left items in your shopping cart without deleting them, the order will be terminated after 24 hours.
If I am not satisfied with my jewelry, will you credit my account? You must contact us by email explaining your dissatisfaction so we can be aware of why you are unhappy with your order. Once you have received a return authorization number from us and we have received your merchandise in original condition, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Returns must be received within 10 business days from the date you received your order for you to receive return credit. Special and/or custom made orders are non returnable.
What if my order is received damaged? We guarantee your order will arrive in good condition. If the product is damaged upon receipt, we will exchange it. We must receive the damaged product within 10 business days from the date you received it, with proof that you have notified shipper of the damages. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If we find the order does need to be replaced, the return shipping fees will be refunded. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and must be accompanied by a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Saverine Creek Heirlooms.
May I special order a custom design? Yes, but all aspects of the design must be specific, with written instructions regarding the specifics. Price may increase, depending upon extent of customizing. Custom designs are non-refundable, non-returnable.
What payment methods are available? We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. If you are uncomfortable with online payments, you may contact us for other arrangements. All orders must be paid in full before the order is processed. Credit cards will not be charged until the order is sent. How do I know my payment information is secure? Our site is protected by SSL encryption, which you can see in your shopping cart by the locked padlock that appears in the lower right hand corner of most browsers.
Will my personal and credit information be safe? We do not sell, rent, or share customer information. If you choose to do so, your information can be saved for future shopping, but that choice is totally up to you. If you decide to have your account information saved for future orders, that information resides on a secure server and will not be sold, rented, nor shared by Saverine Creek Heirlooms. Ten days after shipping, any information not elected to be saved by the customer is deleted from the secure server.
What can I expect for shipping charges? $3.95 flat rate on each order.
Can orders be shipped outside the continental United States? Please note that orders outside of the United States and Canada may have shipping adjusted to reflect the destination. Customers will be notified of the extra charge and their emails authorizing the extra charge will be considered a contract to process the order.
When can I expect my order? Most orders will ship within a week or less from the day of the order.
Will I be charged sales tax? Currently, the only customers charged sales tax will be customers with billing information located in the state of Michigan. (This may change in the future.)
Do you offer a warranty? Our seeds are products of nature and will give you many years of pleasure if properly taken care of. Your jewelry will not withstand exposure to water or prolonged high humidity. If you expose them to moisture, drop them, step on them, or store them where insects or rodents could get them, Saverine Creek Heirlooms will not be responsible for your loss. We will repair them for a fee if you wish, after we have examined the extent of the damage.
